All of our sites have full electric (30 and 50 amp), sewer and water hookups.  Electric is included in daily and weekly rates, and is an additional charge for monthly rates.  Electric rates vary according to the local power company.

Cable TV and telephone hookups are located at each site.  Activation of these services is the responsibility of individual renters to contract with the local providers.

This is an age 55+ park.  Children are not allowed as tenants, but are welcome to visit tenants for short terms (up to two weeks) only.

No dogs are allowed in the park except on the 700 row.  Dogs must weigh less than 12 pounds.  Dogs may only be walked in the 700 row area, and may not be tied outside the unit.  Cats which remain indoors at all times are allowed anywhere in the park.

A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required to reserve a site for two months or more.  For reservations of less than two months in length, a deposit of 25% of the total stay (with a minimum equivalent to one night's stay) is required.  The balance of rent is due upon arrival.

No gas-powered motorcycles or mopeds are allowed in the park.  Electric scooters and other electric mobility devices are allowed.

RV's only - No pop-ups, truck campers or tents allowed.

Reservations of less than 6 months are for a site in the park, not a specific site.  You may give us preferences for particular sites when you make your reservation.  We will do our best to give you your preference, but it may not always be possible, and we cannot guarantee you will receive your preferred site.

Reservation deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 60 days before the arrival date.  Reservations cancelled between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date will be assessed a $150.00 service fee.  No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.  There are no refunds for early departures.

We accept AAA and Florida Camper Club discounts on the daily rate year-round.  We honor Enjoy America discounts April through December.
