All rates include water, sewer and taxes.

The following is only for dates that include Jan, Feb and/or March.  Current short term residents who paid for a minimum of 6 months for the current season may reserve their same site on March 1.  After March 5 the site will be released.  For all others:

     We will accept new long-term reservations for available sites starting March 6. 

     We will accept other 6 month reservations starting on March 11.

     We will accept 5 month reservations on April 1.

     We will accept 4 month reservations on May 1.

     We will accept 3 month reservations on June 1.

     We will accept 2 month reservations (calendar months only) on Oct 1.

     For other 2 month reservations we’ll start on October 15.

     We will accept 1 month reservations (calendar month only) on Nov 1.

     For other 1 month reservations we’ll start on November 15.

     We will accept reservations of less than 1 month on December 1.

      For all reservations, we’ll take a wait list and call you on the appropriate date.  We will begin adding names to the wait list on Nov. 1 and there will be no carry-over from year to year.

Electric is included in daily and weekly rates, and is additional for monthly rates.

Cable TV and telephone hookups are available at each site.  You must contract directly with local vendors for these services.
