Until October 1 we only take reservations for a minimum period of 4 months.  We will put requests for shorter periods on a wait list.  On October 1 we will call those on the wait list and take reservations for any remaining rentals still available.  

After the unit is rented for a minimum of 3 months, we will take reservations for the peripheral dates in the winter season.  Please call us for availability and pricing.

All the above rates are for 2 people in the unit.  There is an additional charge of $2.00 per day for each overnight guest.  The rate includes use of all park facilities, water, sewer, garbage and all taxes.  Not included are: electric (pay the park for your usage quarterly and the end of your stay), propane (we start you with two full tanks, you pay for refills), and telephone and cable TV services (contracted with, and paid for directly by you to those companies).

To reserve the trailer we require 25% of the total rental amount.  The balance will be due upon arrival.

Reservations may be cancelled and a full refund given if the cancellation is received at least 50 days before the beginning date of the reservation.  For cancellations received in less than 50 days, the 2% of the total deposit will be deducted from the refund for each day after the 50 day full refund date.
