Short Term Rates

Regular Payment Schedule

Reservation Deposit (due March 1st) $ 645.00

A reservation deposit of $645.00 is due by March 1st to retain the current lot for the next winter season.  After March 11th we will take reservation deposits from people not currently in the park.

Long Term Rates

 

Yearly - paid in one payment            $3595.00

Monthly                                         $  315.00

 

Note:  The monthly rate is only available after trailer has been in the park for at least six months or if the renter pays a $1000.00 deposit.  This deposit (less the standard deposit noted below) will be refunded at the end of one year.

 

Refunds:  There are no refunds of annual or monthly payments.

 

Late Payments:  For rent and electric payments, there will be a 5-day grace period after the due date.  If payment is made more than 5 days after the due date.  If payment is made more than 5 days after the due date, there will be a penalty due of 1% per week or portion thereof with a minimum of $15.00.

 

Returned Checks:      U.S. Checks            $20.00

                                Canadian checks      $45.00             

 

Deposits:  All new residents are required to pay a security deposit equal to two months rent.  This deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of tenancy if all requirements are fulfilled. 

 

Application Fee:  New long-term accounts must pay $60/person or $100/couple for a background and credit check.

All rent will run consecutively.  There will be no carryover of days that you are not in the park.

LP (propane) gas can be purchased from the park at the rate posted in the office.

Each site is metered with park-owned meters.  Please pay the park quarterly and/or upon departure for electric usage at the rate currently charged be the power company.  An electric deposit of $100 is required from all new residents.

The balance of rent is due upon arrival.

There are no refunds of annual or monthly payments.

Cable TV and telephone hookups are available at each site, but must be contracted with, and paid directly to, the local vendors.

The above rates are for one or two people per unit.  Overnight guests over the age of 6 are charged $3.00 per person per day.
